Reservation Policy
Check-in time – 12 Noon
Check-out time – 10 am
Early Check in and Late check-out facility is extended subject to the availability and is at the
discretion of the resort.
Documents Required During Time of Check-in
Booking confirmation via E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and kindly submit the ID proof (Any
Government Approved) at the time of Check-In. Minimum guaranteed tax charge is applicable if less
than guaranteed tax. All reservations are subject to confirmation by 100% advance payment
Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept any cancellation. Advance once paid shall not be refunded. Strictly No refund or
adjustments on bookings made between holidays or holiday seasons.
Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of this web site and related
web sites (“Site”), including the use of the information & services offered on the Site. In accessing
and using the Site, you shall be deemed to have read each and all the Conditions without
modification. If you do not agree, please cease use of the site and leave the site immediately. These
Conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing
the use of the Site.
Liability Disclaimer & Exclusion
Any property Damages Charges need to pay as per the Management Rules.
Kindly Carry Proper Swimming Costume to Use the Swimming Pool.
If there is Meal include in your package timings are mentioned below: –
Breakfast – 8.30 am to 10.00 am
Lunch – 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm
Dinner – 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm
Guest Visitors not allowed in the Room strictly. (If there is any will charge per person cost)
Drinks are not allowed in pool (separate sitting is available near pool Deck)
Any guest for dinner and lunch purpose will have to pay table charge.
Outside food and cold drinks are not allowed.
Pool closing time 7 pm to 7 am
Note : Above 5 year to 10 year child half charges applicable and above 10 year full charges
applicable.
Hotel Reservations
The reservations feature of the Site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the
availability of travel related services and products and to make legitimate reservations and for no
other purpose. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter
into the legal agreement constituted by your acceptance of these Conditions and to use the Site in
accordance with such Conditions. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of the Site
including without limitation for all reservations made by you or on your account for you, whether
authorized by you or not. For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged you
agree to abide by the terms or conditions of supply including without limitation payment of all
moneys due under such terms or conditions.
The Site contains details of hotel charges and room rates (including any available SPECIAL
PROMOTIONS) for hotels and resorts owned & managed by Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort. Hotel
reservation terms and conditions of booking are set out on the Site and payment will be in
accordance with the procedure set out in such terms and conditions. No contract will subsist
between you and Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort or any of its affiliates in respect of any services or
products offered through the Site unless and until Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort accepts your order by email or automated confirmation through the Site confirming that it has accepted your reservation,
booking or order and any such contract shall be deemed to incorporate the hotel reservation terms
and conditions of booking.
Security & Non-Confidentiality
Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort does not warrant and cannot ensure the security or confidentiality of any
information which you transmit to Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort. Accordingly, any information which you
transmit to Whistling Woods Raikar Farm Tourism Resort is transmitted at your own risk.
